1. Non-Refundable Products

• All digital products are non-refundable once the order is completed and the product is downloaded.
• Digital goods cannot be returned like physical items, as they become part of your digital library once delivered.
• We do not issue refunds for non-tangible, irrevocable goods (“digital products”) once the order is confirmed and sent.

2. Exceptions

We understand that exceptional situations may occur. Please contact us at support@pdfkit.in within the specified timeframe if you face any of the following issues:

• Product not received: If you do not receive your download within 14 days of purchase, we will issue a full refund.
• If a refund is approved, it will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• We currently do not accept cancellations once an order has been placed.
